Cancellations, refunds and withdrawal

Cancel any time in VinylDesk Pay; you keep access until the end of the paid period. New subscriptions can be withdrawn from within 14 days with a refund minus the full days used. Details in our Terms.

Looking for something specific?

• In the app: Settings > Help sends your question straight to us, and the answer comes back in the app.
• Trouble signing in: email us, and tell us your phone model and what you see on the screen.
• Questions about a plan or a payment: see our Pricing page first, or email us directly.
