Every new account starts with 7 days of everything: Collector, DJ and Sales, with 30 AI Credits to try label scans and condition suggestions. The trial ends by itself. It never turns into a paid subscription.

No. You only give payment details if and when you choose a plan.

If you have not chosen a plan, your account becomes read-only. Everything you made stays and you can still view it. Adding, editing, scanning, printing labels and selling are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. We email you two days before the trial ends and once when it has ended.

At pay.vinyldesk.com, the "My plan" link at the top of this site. Sign in with the email address and password of your VinylDesk account. You can pay for a plan by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or iDEAL.

That does not cut the trial short. The workspaces your plan does not include stay open until the 7 days are over.

Both include Collector. DJ adds unlimited tracks, BPM and key lookup and measuring, harmonic matching and DJ labels. Sales adds unlimited items and sales, the cart, card payments on your own SumUp reader and price labels. Each comes with 150 AI Credits a month. Complete includes all three workspaces and 500 AI Credits.

No. Your plan is all you pay VinylDesk. Card payments run through your own SumUp account, at the rates you have with SumUp, and are paid out to you by SumUp.

A monthly plan is paid every month until you cancel. A yearly plan is one year paid in advance at the lower price. After that year it does not renew for another year: it continues per month at the normal monthly price, so you can cancel any month. The AI Credits come monthly on both.

No. Each billing month they are set back to the full amount of your plan. Bought packs are separate, do not expire, and are only used once the credits of your plan are gone.

No. You can buy a pack during your trial or next to any plan. Keep in mind that scanning is paused while an account is read-only, so after the trial you need a plan to use them. Bought credits do not expire.

At pay.vinyldesk.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription without giving a reason, with the "Withdraw from contract" button at pay.vinyldesk.com. Your subscription ends right away and you get back what you paid, minus the full days you already used. AI Credit packs are added to your account immediately, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. You are asked to confirm that before you buy. See our Terms.

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT. The price you see here is the price at checkout and the total you pay. Customers outside the EU may be billed the same amount in US dollars.
